I HATE WINTER!

I could just leave my post at that and it would sum up my life right now.

I (unofficially diagnosed, because I don’t get diagnosed until I’m dying) have Reynaud ‘s Syndrome. Basically if my hands or feet get cold the small blood vessels in the skin narrow and my hands and feet get even colder and go numb or tingly. It then takes forever to warm back up.

There are only 4 (I’ve tried LOTS) ways I can keep my hands and feet warm during the winter.

1. Hot showers/ bath

2. Vigorous and prolonged indoor (can’t be outdoors) exercise

3. Having the car heater on all the way hot for a long time and making everyone else in the car suffer from heat stroke.

4. Laying in my bed with an electric blanket and lots of other blankets on.

None of these are things I can do all the time, so most of the time I am part snowman during the winter.

Does anyone live somewhere warm and sunny I could come live with for the winter?
